On one of the hottest days of the year, I showed up 15 minutes before closing with a flat tire. I asked the man at the front desk if he could help. He mentioned that all of his help a gone home for the day. None-the-less with his button-down shirt on, and his khaki pants, he attempted to fix the flat tire. I mean, he went above and beyond what I expected! Come to find out, Mike has 30 years of experience working on cars and is a Master Mechanic. Unfortunately the hole in my tire was too big so the fix didn't work. Rather than trying to sell me four new tires, Mike didn't pressure me at all. I ended up buying two tires from them for a total of just over $300. He didn't charge me for the attempted fix of the tire. I recommend checking these guys out!

Went in early on a Monday was there before them. When Charles got there he asked me when I needed. Told him just had work done on my front end and needed an alignment. He said not an issue, as soon as the alignment guy come in I would be all set. Service was AWESOME, would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Charles for your time!

Amazing customer service, visiting from Montreal, got a message from my Chevrolet app about a low pressure tire. They found a way to check my tire between two appointments. The tire was ok,no charge and a smile. No wonder these guys are getting 4 stars plus reviews! Thanks again!
They quickly diagnosed a slow leak in one tire as a framing nail, plugged it and got me back on the road in 10 minutes or less

The new manager, Charles, is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Original appointment was for tire rotation; however, I needed far more...2 new tires, brakes and struts. I did not for one minute feel like I was being ripped off, but like my safety was their upmost concern. Knowing I would be waiting an extended period they cheerfully offered to drive me home so I could wait in the comfort of my home.
In and out fast. Great price too!

My experience at the Schenectady Adirondack Tire store was incredible! I needed snow tires put on my car and the friendly staff helped change my tires quickly for an excellent price. I absolutely recommend going here!

I believe its been at least 4 years I have utilized multiple services from oil change to repairs. Outstanding service from the desk to garage. Totally appreciate & pleased with the service all the way around. Both Jeremy (at the desk) and Mike (mechanic) are both professional and knowledgeable. Being female its usually hard to find honest & dependable places to have my car taken cared of properly without getting ripped off. I love this place because it gives me peace of mind when I need them. I recommend this place with HIGH 5 STAR RATINGS!!
These guys know what they're doing and only $20 for a tire repair!

I visited this tire center after shopping around and I really like how honest and upfront they were about their pricing. I had a problem with one of my wheels in addition and was low on money .... they fixed and diagnose the problem throughout the normal course of changing the tires for me thankfully the issue was just a belt. I will be a customer for life.

Brought my tires here over 3 years ago when I retired. Haven't put many miles on the car and the tires started leaking air. Today they checked them and resealed them with no charge. Good and friendly service will bring my car back again if needed.

Had a great experience at Adirondack Tire. We were towing a camper up the Thruway and blew one tire. We limped to the campground on our spare. Took the tire to Adirondack they swapped it out in five minutes. Came back the next day to replace the other three tires. Turns out one of them was already coming apart and was probably the next to blow. I appreciated their very prompt and courteous service. Would highly recommend them.
These guys are always very quick and extremely resonable....fixed a slow leak in my tire in lightning speed and very curteous! I would have been waiting forever if I went to one of the bigger guys!

They're great. So friendly it feels like home. It's a nice area for a walk while they work, and the waiting area is full of friendly people.

They often give us discounts for our loyality to them and also the fact that we bring multible cars to them. My husband recently bought me new hubcabs for my new to me car as the ones currently on it were peeling and a mess. We called Adirondack Tire up on a Saturday morning to see if they could help with the switch over. They said to bring it on in. They did the work while we waited and when they were done and we asked what the damage was, they instructed us to just go have a nice day. How refreshing is that in this day and age ? We use them faithfully for our fall and spring snow tire change over and you can not beat their competitive pricing when it is time for those new tires. When you have a need, check them out. I do not think you will be disapointed. I also want to clarify that I am speaking specifically on the Saratoga location and do not have an opinion on any of their other locations."

The quote they gave me was so much less than what I was expecting (including labor)! Their waiting room is so clean and professional. And the service is fast and friendly! They were able to get me a quick estimate and get the work done immeditely on the same day! I'm VERY impressed!!

On the way for a weekend getaway we had a slow air leak in one of our tires. We were forced to pull off on the exit and look for a tire shop to repair the tire. Luckily we came across this business. They lifted the car inspected the tire but could not locate the air leak. They cleaned up the edges applied a coat of something and we were on our way. The most amazing part about the experience is we were not charged a penny for any of this. To clarify that statement I live in Brooklyn, if a tire shop in Brooklyn could not locate a leak they would insist on replacing the tire and rim and half the engine just in case. In this day in age it's very hard to come across an honorable business like this. Perhaps if corporations and banks took a page from this business model this country would not have gone through a financial crisis in 2008. Great job gentiemen!!!

The guys there are honest and reliable. We had our brakes, oil change and new tires done there. They stuck to the general estimate and when problems arose...they were upfront and told us the problem and even saved the old parts so we could examine them and see where the trouble was. Cost wise, they are competitive, not necessarily the cheapest, but they also don't tack on services to fluff your bill. I would recommend the Rotterdam shop 100% to friends and I will be using them for any future car needs. It's good to find a fair car repair shop.
They were an awesome group of guys, very professional and helpful. They patched up my tire in less than 15 mins!

Experienced friendly, knowledgeable, top notch service at the Adirondack Tire on Rt 30 in Amsterdam. In addition to how good the tires are and how quick we were in and out for 4 tires and an oil change, the place was so clean for a garage! I'll be back and will recommend Adirondack Tire in Amsterdam to anyone looking for great service!

I rarely write a review on anyone, but your 810 store deserves 2 thumbs up for the great service that has always been provided to us. Your service and prices can't be beat. Hats off to the manager, Jordan Sherman, who shows honesty and friendliest that is rarely seen anymore. He seems to have a true concern for the customer. Keep up the good work!

We use the Saratoga location and have had 3-4 really great experiences now. Last night we noticed a whining sound in our son's car--he leaves for college in 2 days. They got us in first thing on a Saturday morning filled with appointments. Replaced a belt for a reasonable price and did inspection. Dropoff to pickup was 2 hours. Now I don't have to stress about my son's car or safety. We'll keep going here! Thank you!
